I stayed at this hotel and wasn't completely satisfied. The room was disappointing, located on the third floor with a poor view near the fish market, felt cramped with noisy air conditioning and cheap materials. The service was a mix; some employees were friendly, but others were slow. The location was less than ideal, near a fish market and a favela known for poverty and crime. The dining experience was underwhelming, and there were issues with the bill. However, the facilities were decent.
